WHO YOU ARE

You are creative. You like to improve on what is and develop new programs and resources to make the association and our members able to do more, better. You are excited to develop engaging social media, generate excitement about our events, resources, and programs, while also happy to help educate folks on the big picture by producing regular content. You are thoughtful in creating a plan and fast and meticulous in development and implementation. You have excellent writing skills with an eagle eye for proofing materials. You work well independently, rarely ever miss deadlines, and are able to set priorities with minimal on-site supervision. You are optimistic about getting it all done but are pragmatic about what it will take. You are willing to ask for help and clarification but generally are able to understand tasks assigned and run with it on your own. You enjoy thinking about creative solutions.
