The Bilingual Nutrition Consultant will work with both Spanish and English-speaking Licensed Family Childcare Home Providers over-seeing their food program to ensure they are meeting the guidelines of the Colorado Food Program, part of the USDA’s Child and Adult Care Food Program.

The Child and Adult Care Food Program Specialist, Bilingual will act as a field monitor for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), a federal program that provides reimbursements for nutritious meals and snacks to eligible children and adults who are enrolled for care at participating child care centers, day care homes, and adult day care centers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented CACFP Claims Processing Specialist to review, process, and submit monthly CACFP reimbursement claims in compliance with USDA and state regulations.

The Compliance Lead is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, monitoring adherence to policies and procedures, and supporting audits and corrective actions to ensure organizational and program integrity.

This role is essential to helping with daily operations, providing excellent customer service to providers, and supporting administrative tasks across the program.
