CACFP Claims Processing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CACFP Claims Processing Specialist to review, process, and submit monthly CACFP reimbursement claims in compliance with USDA and state regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Enter and review eligibility documentation

Process and submit CACFP claims accurately and on time

Identify and resolve claim errors or missing information

Maintain organized, audit-ready CACFP records

Support monitoring visits and audits

Communicate claim requirements and corrections to staff/sites


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and organization

Basic computer and data entry skills

CACFP or child nutrition program experience preferred


Skills:

Accuracy and compliance-focused

Strong time management

Clear written and verbal communication
