Administrative Assistant
This position supports the efficient onboarding and management of sponsored sites by organizing and maintaining records, facilitating digital communication, and ensuring accurate claim reporting.
Key responsibilities include document collection and storage, creating KidKare accounts, preparing monthly claim reports, managing Dropbox and shipping processes, and collaborating across departments to maintain compliance and data accuracy. This role also ensures proper record retention and supports evolving departmental needs.
