• How requirements differ for infants, toddlers, children and adults, and how to adjust menus accordingly 

• How to use Nutrition Facts labels and ingredient lists to find what matters 

• When to reach for a CN Label, a Product Formulation Statement or the Food Buying Guide 

• How fruits, vegetables, juice, smoothies, beans, peas and lentils credit 

• How to identify whole grain-rich foods and evaluate menus for grain compliance 

We'll close the day with a live Q&A to tie it all together and make sure you’re ready to apply what you've learned.
