Kendra ensures that over 8,500 meals and 3,000 snacks are served daily to students. She works with the community and school representatives to ensure that the CACFP program continues to grow, and she has increased participation to over 65 sites. Kendra completed her degree in culinary arts at Hudson County Community College and has a bachelor’s in nutrition from Montclair State University.
