USDA Reorganization Announced

Last week, USDA announced the reorganization and relocation of the FNS, which has been renamed the Food and Nutrition Administration. The announcement states that Child Nutrition Programs will be programmatically run out of Dallas, Texas. There is currently no timeline on when the relocation will happen, whether FNS regions will be redesignated, or whether regional office staff will be relocated. NCA will continue to monitor the reorganization, seek more information from USDA, and keep our community informed.
