Fit Eats K12 provides fresh, scratch-cooked school meals made with real, high-quality ingredients from a local Las Vegas central kitchen. Unlike “speed-scratch” vendors, we cook meats from raw, prepare grains and pastas daily, and avoid long-shelf-life frozen shortcuts. Our student focused team creates balanced, flavorful meals students actually enjoy, while staying fully compliant with USDA meal patterns. As a flexible, smaller vendor, we adapt menus quickly and use allowable meal pattern flexibilities to offer both whole-grain staples and occasional familiar favorites. Our mission is to make healthy, great-tasting food affordable, accessible, and satisfying for every student, bringing real food and real flavor back to school cafeterias.
