Umoja’s Nutrition Security Team specializes in food solutions, global sourcing, and scalable programs tackling social determinants of health for those most at risk of food insecurity. From everyday staples to culturally connected foods, distribution-ready boxes, backpacks, SFSP summer and CACFP after school meals, and nutrition-focused food-is-medicine programs, we are empowering community networks and helping serve those most in need.   Umoja’s CACFP Café meals are made with foods and flavors kids love! All meal kits are packaged, ready-to-eat, and easy to distribute. Suppers meet all minimum meal pattern equivalencies and can be packaged with or without milk. There is no program too big or too small – with a wide variety of crafted menus, we can flex to meet the needs of our CACFP partners. Together we can ensure every child has access to nutritious meals, supporting their health, growth, and learning potential.   Nutrition Security Solutions is a division of Umoja Health.
