Instructions

Thank you for applying for the CACFP Management Professional Certification Program! Please complete this form, attach your documentation and make your payment. 

Submitting the application fee does not guarantee approval and is non-refundable.

For New Applications: 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your application to be processed. If your application is incomplete, you will receive an email identifying additional documentation needed to earn your certification and you will have 14 days to submit those needed documents to NCA. If NCA receives your documents after the 14-day period, you will need to resubmit the entire application and pay the application fee again.


For Renewal Applications: 

Please see renewal instructions on the invoice sent to you or contact certification@cacfp.org.

CMP Certification is for the CACFP administrator that has a minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 of those years being CACFP administration experience at a CACFP Agency (Sponsor, Center, State Agency, Head Start, etc.).
