Anna Barthen is a YoungStar Content Specialist with over 10 years of experience working with children and families. She holds a Master's in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Infant and Early Childhood Development, with an emphasis on mental health and developmental disabilities. As a current Doctoral Candidate at Fielding Graduate University, Anna's research focuses on the childcare experiences of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder in Wisconsin. Prior to this work, Anna owned a licensed family childcare for five years and taught as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher for three years. She is an inclusion advocate and is excited to share her expertise and support providers in such a challenging and rewarding field.
