The Healthy School Food Collaborative’s (HSFC) mission is to reduce childhood obesity by proving students, family, and communities access to nutritious and affordable food sources and healthy meal choices.

HSFC works with youth groups, community organizations and faith-based organizations, as well as schools and districts, to help them make effective use of their limited resources to increase access of healthy meals to children. 

To do this, HSFC assists with strategy, menu planning, efficiency audits, exploring and implementing summer feeding opportunities.  Our services also include sponsorship for supper and snack programs, help with the RFP/procurement process and overall reducing compliance burdens association with child nutrition programs.
